Delivery:

All orders are posted the following day by first class mail. Complete Collections will be sent recorded delivery, first class mail. 

Returns and Refunds:
We offer all our customers a 28-day no-quibble money-back guarantee. If you are not delighted with our products, you can return them for a full refund.

Please note: Any returns must be in perfect condition. In other words, products must be As New and in a resaleable condition.
